CDC's schedule for the summer months is intended to offer maximum flexibility to families who may be away from home or have older children who are on summer break. Families sign up for weeks, days and part-days on a grid similar to the one shown at right.

At the same time, we ask that familes who wish to reserve their spots in the fall sign up for at least a minimum schedule (two mornings per week for the summer, or the equivalent in terms of tuition). Enrollment forms are normally due at the beginning of April, and families are committed to paying for their chosen schedule after a date usually in mid-May (see the current year's form for specific dates).

Families new to CDC must be admitted to a CDC program for the fall before summer schedule registration can be processed.

Tuition for the summer is calculated in the same way as preschool tuition for the school year (see the Preschool Fees page). The minimum tuition for the summer (required to hold a place for the fall) varies by income catagory and is shown below. Families not registering for a minimum schedule will be billed these minimum amounts.
